Rene’ Heiden, embodied soul guide

As it has been for eons and for many practitioners before me, ‘twas the depths of my own darkness and despair that gifted me the generosity and gifts of the soul.

Having found limited answers and solutions in traditional modalities of psychotherapy, both kismet and universe provided a new purview and countless teachers in order for me to reframe my own healing. At the cornerstone of this shift were the teachings from my primary mentors, Dr. Kristine Gaye and Barry Kerr of Sedona, AZ, and their unique philosophies on embodied soul healing and evolutionary/ psychological astrology. Now, for over a decade, I have studied with some of the most brilliant minds and teachers around the world, delving into astrological realms, layers of the unconscious mind, shamanic medicines and practices, astral bodied states, and animist psychology, as well as ancestral and past life healing. Ultimately, the study of these tools help me to alchemize pain to light, difficulty to ease, illness to wellness, worthlessness to preciousness, fear and loathing to soul love and light

I enjoy nature’s beauty, time spent with my sons, and popcorn. I have a propensity to swear like a pirate, which is also good for the soul.
