CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits serve as a means to confirm your reservation for the trip and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Refund policies for the remaining payments are contingent on the timing of your cancellation. For cancellation requests made more than 90 days prior to the retreat date, you will receive a refund of 100% of the total amount, minus the deposit. If your cancellation request is submitted within 90 days of the retreat date, a refund of 50% of the total amount (excluding the deposit) will be provided. Unfortunately, if your cancellation request is within 60 days of the retreat, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. We strongly recommend considering the purchase of travel insurance that covers retreat cancellations, especially given the uncertainty of the times. Please be aware that no exceptions can be made for any reason, including acts of nature, injuries or illnesses, or personal emergencies. Refunds or credits will not be granted for failure to attend, complete the retreat, or for arriving late or departing early.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
It is a requirement for all our retreat guests to purchase travel insurance. To obtain your travel insurance, please click here. We uphold our refund policy without exception for cancellations made within 60 days of the retreat start date. If you decide not to opt for travel insurance, you assume full responsibility for any unforeseen circumstances that could affect your attendance at the retreat.
